ok so first of I wanna say that I may be a bit too rough on you. So I'll start with whether the character is recognizable or not.
1. Yes, the character is recognizable but not at first glance. The reason because I didn't recognize her was because not only is she more of a secondary character than a popular one but also because you made her look different starting off with her face length. You made her face length too short. her eyebrows are a bit longer and thicker. Her mouth seems odd because the teeth are positioned wrong. I don't expect perfection but if these small flaws are fixed the picture could look better.
2. Even though she wears black clothing there was ways that you could've may her clothing visible but you really didn't took advantage of those details making her face the only recognizable object in the picture.

I think these are all the flaws I found more noticeable. Please don't let my critique discourage you to draw, instead I wish you found this somehow helpful. I'm only 15 and my drawings aren't perfect either. Anyway I hope You found this helpful
